Job Title:
Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students (walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries) regarding IT and Software training programs.

Clearly explain course structure, duration, fees, placement assistance, and career outcomes.

Maintain consistent follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email to convert leads into admissions.

Achieve monthly admission targets through proactive and persuasive counselling.
-
Maintain accurate and updated records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM/Excel.

Coordinate with trainers, placement officers, and the admin team for smooth batch scheduling.

Support marketing and lead generation activities such as seminars, events, and campaigns.
-
Deliver a professional and positive counselling experience to every student.

Qualification:
