Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Make 150+ daily calls with 50+ fresh calls per day
Maintain an average talk time of 2.5 to 3 hours
Organize webinars and workshops to drive closures
Achieve monthly closure targets through direct sales
Maintain high conversion rates from inquiries to applications and enrollments
Generate referrals from existing customers and achieve targets
Drive renewal campaigns and achieve conversion percentage targets
Visit branches and business partners as per business requirements to drive direct closures from these channels

Preferred candidate profile

Graduation is must
Candidate with 1 year of Sales background are preferred
Candidate should have basic Knowledge of excel and share market
