Job Title: Education Counsellor Location: RD Public School, Betul (M.P.) Role Summary: The Education Counsellor will guide students and parents on academic choices, career options, and the admission process. The role involves counseling, follow-ups, and coordination with academic teams. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents about courses and career paths. Handle walk-ins, calls, emails, and online queries. Maintain student records and follow-up schedules. Support the admission process and documentation. Conduct info sessions, webinars, and school visits. Requirements: Graduate (preferably in Education, Psychology, or related field) Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer and CRM knowledge Prior experience in counseling or admissions preferred Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
