Job Description:

Indo European Study Abroad is hiring an experienced Study Abroad Counsellor for our Tilak Nagar branch. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in international education counselling and excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on overseas education opportunities (Europe preferred, but also open to Canada, USA, UK, etc.)
• Guide students through the application, documentation, and visa processes
• Respond to walk-ins, calls, and inquiries from prospective students
• Provide accurate information about courses, universities, and fee structures
• Maintain regular communication with students throughout the admission cycle
• Update student records and manage leads in the CRM
• Participate in education fairs, webinars, and promotional events

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in study abroad counselling
• Strong knowledge of European countries preferred, but candidates with knowledge of Canada, USA, or UK will also be considered
• Must have excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Must be a graduate in any discipline
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills
• Should be a team player and result-oriented
