₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on interview performance)

Key Responsibilities:

· Attend and counsel walk-in and telephonic student inquiries

· Understand student goals and recommend suitable UG/PG programs (BA, BCom, BSc, BBA, MBA, etc.)

· Provide complete course details including fee structure, duration, and EMI options

· Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions

· Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails

· Maintain proper data entry and reporting in CRM tools

· Visit client offices or external venues in Mumbai for on-site counseling sessions and presentations

· Coordinate with internal teams (tele calling, operations) for smooth enrollment

Skills Required:

· Strong communication and convincing skills

· Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred

· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage, email)

· Willingness to travel across Mumbai for client/student sessions

· Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the education sector

Working Conditions:

• Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday working; 1 rotational weekly off)
• Office Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Location: Thane (with field travel across Mumbai)
