Position Overview: Educational Advisor

We are seeking passionate fresh graduates and experienced professionals who enjoy guiding learners in making informed career and educational decisions. As an Educational Advisor, you will interact with prospective learners, understand their goals, and recommend the right upskilling programs to support their career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective learners via calls and digital channels to understand their educational and career objectives.
• Recommend suitable online programs that align with their goals and professional needs.
• Support learners through the enrollment process while meeting weekly/monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
• Build trustful and long-term relationships with learners through expert career guidance.

Who Can Apply

• Freshers eager to start a career in Educational Advising / EdTech.
• Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in academic counseling, B2C sales, or customer service.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and passionate about guiding learners.
• Age: Up to 35 years (mandatory).
• Willing to work on-site at our Thane Branch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory).
• Prior experience in EdTech, counseling, or telesales is a plus.
