Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Education Advisor (CAT & IPMAT) at IMS Learning Resources Pvt. Ltd. in Lucknow. The Education Advisor will be responsible for counseling and conversion of Walkins for CAT / IPMAT exams, Daily tasks include conducting counseling sessions and managing operations related to admissions / follow-ups etc.

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant experience in similar role is a plus
