EDU Manager - Schematics & Apparatus

• Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive electrical engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside innovative, detail-oriented, and collaborative teammates.
• You'll contribute to shaping the future of electrical design for rail systems, ensuring high-quality deliverables and supporting various teams to overcome challenges and achieve project goals. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business, including production and testing teams, to resolve issues, manage change activities, and ensure seamless integration of electrical components. Youll also oversee quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) for Schematics & Apparatus activities and much more.
• Youll specifically take care of harness design, wiring, and developing harness layouts, but also perform cable sizing calculations, select and size electrical components, and manage subcontracting inputs and outputs effectively.

• Ensuring 100% on-time delivery of all project components
• Upholding the application of standard Preferred Parts List
• Effectively managing the configuration of your deliverables
• Overseeing the Schematics & Apparatus (S&A) Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) of your activities
• Managing subcontracting inputs and outputs effectively

• Degree in Electrical and/or Electrotechnical Engineering
• 15 years of experience in electrical design and component engineering
• Proficient knowledge of electrical design
• Extensive Electrical CAD experience (minimum of 5 years)
• Fluency in English
• A commitment to continuous learning and improvement
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
