Job Description

Role : EDU Manager Seeking an experienced professional to lead Electrical Harness Installation (EHI) activities for transport systems. The role involves managing design resources, ensuring quality, cost, and timely delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Ensure on-time delivery and closure of open items within 10 days Lead harness design activities and manage subcontractors Oversee 3D harness modeling and integration Conduct risk assessments, review work packages, and report to domain leadership Support manufacturing ramp-up and industrialization Qualifications B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 15+ years in harness and sheet metal design Strong CATIA V5 skills Knowledge of electrical systems and vehicle architecture Minimum 2 years of experience in team and activity management
