Job Vacancy: EDP In-Charge / Executive

We are looking for a qualified and experienced EDP professional to manage the Electronic Data Processing (IT, MIS & Digital Systems) of our school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure data backup, security, and confidentiality of school cloud content.
• Coordinate with vendors for ERP, biometric, CCTV, and IT-related requirements.
• Provide technical support to staff and students.
• Prepare and maintain data reports as required by the management.
• Handle digital media & creative tasks – photo editing, video editing, audio/song editing, presentations, and social media updates.
• Assist in digital marketing campaigns to promote school activities and admissions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in Computer Science / IT / Multimedia or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in EDP / IT support (preferably in an educational institution).
• Proficiency in Photoshop, CorelDRAW Graphics, web desining, video & song editing tools, MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media handling, and online promotions.
• Strong problem-solving, creative, and troubleshooting skills.

Salary Range:

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (based on experience & qualification).
