Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and proofread all restaurant-related content including menus, blogs, press releases, and marketing copies.
• Review and refine social media captions, ad copies, website content, and newsletters for clarity, tone, and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
• Create compelling food descriptions and storytelling pieces that connect emotionally with the audience.
• Ensure all written materials meet brand and quality standards.
• Assist in developing content strategies to enhance online presence and customer engagement.
• Work closely with chefs and the operations team to capture authentic stories behind dishes and culinary experiences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience as a content editor, copywriter, or journalist (preferably in the food & hospitality sector).
• Strong understanding of grammar, tone, and style consistency.
• Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling and branding.
• Familiarity with SEO and social media trends is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Passion for food and dining culture.
• Basic knowledge of photography, social media content planning, or video script writing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Job Type: Full-time
