eDiscovery Senior Project Analyst

As a Senior Project Analyst at Epiq, you will have the opportunity to join a global leader in legal services and contribute significantly to the world of eDiscovery. Your role will involve playing a crucial part in ensuring the smooth execution of complex data workflows and client requests alongside a high-performing Client Services team. Key Responsibilities: - Be the go-to expert for daily client requests and operational support, escalating matters to Project Managers when required. - Interpret client needs and project instructions to effectively coordinate with cross-functional delivery teams. - Draft Statements of Work and Playbooks to drive execution of client-specific workflows. - Prepare, QC, and process data for eDiscovery matters in line with project requirements and best practices. - Proactively monitor project timelines and deliverables; identify and mitigate potential risks early. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data delivery, hosting, and client access. - Contribute to continuous process improvement by leveraging downtime to enhance internal CS tools and documentation. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. - 3+ years of hands-on eDiscovery experience with strong working knowledge of the EDRM lifecycle. - Expertise in Relativity, including fields, views, layouts, STRs, searching, imaging/OCR, and RDC import/export. - High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). - Familiarity with common data manipulation techniques and troubleshooting methodologies. - Strong communication and organizational skills able to manage multiple competing priorities. - Independent, self-motivated, and collaborative team player. - Willingness to work flexible hours (including night shifts/weekends as needed).
