Edible oil Refinery Incharge

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of an edible oil refinery as an Incharge or Site Project Engineer at ABJ Nigeria Ltd. The role is based in the Nagpur division and requires full-time on-site presence. Your primary tasks will include supervising staff, monitoring production processes, enforcing safety regulations, and coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards. To excel in this role, you should have experience in overseeing and managing refinery operations along with a good understanding of production processes and quality control measures. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards is crucial. You must possess the ability to effectively communicate and lead teams, solve problems, and make decisions that contribute to the refinery's success. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field. Prior experience in the edible oil industry or a similar field would be advantageous.
