Experience:

5-8 Years

We are looking for a proactive and technically sound

EDI Support Analyst

with hands-on experience in

IBM Sterling

and strong communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for supporting daily EDI operations, troubleshooting data flow issues, and maintaining smooth communication with trading partners and internal teams.

Required Skills:

Experience with
EDI standards
(e.g., X12, EDIFACT) and message types (850, 810, 856, etc.).
Hands-on knowledge of
IBM Sterling B2B Integrator
, Map Editor, and File Gateway.
Strong communication and coordination skills for interacting with business users and external partners.
Ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues efficiently.
Basic understanding of communication protocols like AS2, FTP, SFTP.
