Job Title: IBM Sterling B2B Integrator Mapper Location: Remote Job Title: IBM Sterling B2B Integrator Admin/Architect Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (B2Bi) Admin/Architect to lead the installation, configuration, and performance tuning of the IBM Sterling B2Bi platform in a clustered Linux environment. This role is focused on initial installation, setup, optimization and business process development. Post-deployment, the internal team will handle partner migration from existing EDI platform to IBM Sterling B2Bi platform Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator administration and architecture Proven experience installing and configuring B2Bi in clustered/high-availability environments Strong understanding of B2B protocols (AS2, SFTP, FTP, HTTP/S, etc.) Experience with system tuning, JVM configuration, and performance monitoring Proficient in Linux/Unix systems, scripting, and middleware integration Familiarity with database platforms (Oracle, DB2, or SQL Server) used with B2Bi Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and documentation abilities Key Responsibilities: Design and implement high-availability clustered Linux environment for IBM Sterling B2B Integrator Perform end-to-end installation and initial configuration of the B2Bi platform Apply performance tuning and optimization best practices Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure proper system integration Implement required patches, updates, and monitor system health Create required business processes to support data processing Provide detailed system documentation and knowledge transfer to internal staff regarding day-to-day maintenance Ensure compliance with security, audit, and data governance policies Troubleshoot installation and configuration issues Support disaster recovery and high availability setup as needed Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Sterling File Gateway, Sterling Secure Proxy, or Control Center Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and/or cloud deployments IBM certification in Sterling B2Bi (preferred but not required) Engagement Scope: This is a short-term engagement focused on system installation, workflow development and configuration only. Trading partner onboarding and migrations will be handled by the internal team post-setup.
