As a member of the team, you will be responsible for handling and supporting the Babelway EDI platform along with other integration platforms. Your natural overview and communication skills will be crucial in managing processes in a challenging global environment. Your Can Do attitude will contribute to a positive atmosphere within the team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Development and Maintenance of operational EDI interfaces - Providing consultancy as a domain guide to internal customers and other application management teams - Working closely with Business & Internal/External customer/partner teams to identify requirements, implement, and rollout interfaces - Supporting global EDI trading partners by connecting them to our service platform through various protocols - Collaborating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of planned improvements - Establishing and following an appropriate stage-gate style process for new projects - Tracking and maintaining project and routine activity metrics - Ensuring a high level of accuracy during routine and project activities - Performing other activities as required to achieve defined job objectives **Qualifications Required:** - Hands-on experience with JSON/XML formats - Willingness to learn - Practical experience with BabelWay platform is an advantage - Experience within the EDI area and trading hubs is advantageous - Ability to define customer requirements and translate them into working EDI interfaces - Strong analytical, critical reasoning, problem-solving skills, and attention to operational details - Good understanding of IT operational processes and structured ways of working - Understanding of business processes in a manufacturing organization using global multi-functional resources - Knowledge of computer systems and programming methods, especially Oracle & Microsoft SQL - Good interpersonal, project management, time-management, and self-starter skills - English proficiency in verbal and writing **Preferred Qualifications:** - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience - 1+ years in IT - Hands-on experience with EDI mapping toolset This role requires initiative, the ability to spot opportunities, and make precise implementation plans while demonstrating energy, drive, and a focus on finishing tasks. Your ability to work with others in a team environment, along with strong problem-solving skills, will be essential for success in this role.
