EDI Analyst

• System Design and Implementation: Analyze business needs and design, configure, and implement EDI systems and processes.
• Data Mapping and Translation: Create and maintain data maps that translate business documents (like purchase orders, invoices) into standardized EDI formats for efficient electronic exchange.
• System Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Monitor EDI systems, troubleshoot transaction errors, and resolve issues to ensure smooth data flow.
• Partner Onboarding and Communication: Collaborate with new trading partners to set up and test EDI integrations and communicate with existing partners about their needs.
• Compliance and Standardization: Ensure all EDI processes and data exchanges adhere to industry standards and partner-specific requirements.
• Testing and Validation: Execute test scripts to validate the accuracy and sufficiency of EDI integrations and data processing.
• Technical Support and Documentation: Provide technical support for EDI-related issues and document EDI processes, configurations, and changes. Essential Skills
