Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, prospect, and engage with educational institutions (schools, K-12).
  • Pitch EdTech solutions (AI programs, certifications, labs, digital platforms, CoEs, etc.) to academic leadership (Directors, Deans, HODs, Management).
  • Prepare customized proposals, pricing models, and MoUs for institutional clients.
  • Drive the complete sales cycle: lead generation → product demo → negotiation → closure.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

4. Product Demonstration & Presentations
5. Documentation & Compliance

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of new institutional partnerships signed
  • Revenue generated per quarter
  • Conversion rate from leads to closures
  • Renewal rate & satisfaction scores from partner institutions
  • Execution success of programs (timeliness & quality

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred.
  • 2–7 years of experience in B2B or Institutional Sales (EdTech or School Education preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large accounts.

Compensation
