Job Description

Role Overview: As an Account Executive at Enterprise Corporate Sales (ECS), you will be responsible for handling a large volume of smaller size opportunities within various industry verticals. Partnering with seasoned sales executives, this role is perfect for individuals looking to enhance their enterprise sales skills. Key Responsibilities: - Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by selling Salesforce solutions into ECS assigned accounts within a subset of major accounts/customers or vertical markets. - Lead the entire sales process from prospecting to closing business, ensuring delivery against key performance metrics, with a focus on new business sales and expanding existing accounts. - Deepen industry knowledge and research to formalize a go-to-market strategy and identify qualified target accounts. - Develop pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns, and market sector intelligence. - Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement within designated market sector(s). - Engage with prospect organizations to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data. - Lead the end-to-end sales process by engaging appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Leadership Executives, Partners, etc. - Generate short-term results while maintaining a long-term perspective to enhance overall revenue generation. - Daily update the Salesforce system with accurate customer and pipeline data. - Provide accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery. Qualifications Required: - Extensive, relevant experience in selling enterprise software solutions from a major software vendor. - Proven track record of net direct new business sales with consistent delivery against targets. - Demonstrated history of sales overachievement and credibility at all levels, including CxO. - Fluency in English language. - Experience in CRM application sales or vertical industry sector would be advantageous. - Strong tenure with previous employers. - Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
