Role Overview: At Ecospice Ingredients Pvt. We cater to various industries with a focus on purity, innovation, and sustainability. We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager - NPD & R&D to join our team in Vadavucode, Ernakulam, Kerala. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the NPD & R&D team to develop new formulations and product innovations aligned with company objectives - Coordinate with various departments for seamless NPD execution and conduct feasibility studies - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and lead troubleshooting efforts - Provide technical support to sales and customer service teams Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the essential oils, oleoresins, nutraceuticals, or natural extracts industry - B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related disciplines - Strong understanding of extraction techniques, emulsification, and product stability - Leadership, analytical thinking, communication skills, and a passion for innovation in natural products If you are ready to drive innovation at our rapidly growing company and possess the required qualifications and attributes, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity at Ecospice Ingredients Pvt.
