Role Specs:
• Post Graduate in Economics with B.Ed.
• Minimum 25 years of teaching experience in Cambridge curriculum (IGCSE / AS & A Level).
• Familiarity with Cambridge assessment objectives and evaluation criteria.
• Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the Cambridge
International Curriculum (IGCSE and A Level Economics).
Required Skills & Expertise:
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a residential school environment
• Familiar with ICSE/ISC and Cambridge IGCSE/AS/A curriculum
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Prepare students for internal assessments, board examinations, and competitive academic
benchmarks
• Use innovative teaching strategies, including technology integration, to enhance student
learning.
• Conduct regular assessments, provide feedback, and maintain academic records.
• Mentor and guide students in academic and personal growth within the residential setup.
• Participate actively in school activities, assemblies, clubs, and community initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure curriculum alignment and academic excellence.
• Support the pastoral care and well-being of students in the residential community.
