Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist, based in Delhi, India. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing the online product listings, analyzing sales data, optimizing the customer experience, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams. The role involves monitoring website performance, executing promotional strategies, and improving overall ecommerce operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in E-Commerce operations
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Sales and driving online revenue
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within teams
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience with ecommerce platforms and tools is a plus
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics

Salary

Up to 25,000 per month + Bonus
