Responsibilities: - Ensure timely update of product pages, banners, promotions and other website elements. - Ensure all product listings are visually appealing, accurate, optimized for the customer journey and aligned to the brand identity. - Manage and update product categories, landing pages, collections to align with sales trends, seasonal campaigns and customer preferences for seamless shopping experience. - Optimize site structure, product sorting, filtering and search functionality to enhance product discoverability - Collaborate with content and e-commerce teams to create and merchandise product-driven storytelling, design and implement website campaigns, banners and promotions - Monitor performance of campaigns and promotions and make strategic adjustments basis datadriven insights. - Work closely with product development, inventory and operations teams to ensure product availability and accurate stock levels. - Analyze historical data and market trends to forecast sales and inventory needs. - Work with e-commerce and content teams to ensure all product descriptions, images and metadata align with SEO best practices. - Using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics) to monitor key metrics for site and category performance, including conversion rates, sell-through rates, product views etc. - Partner with design, marketing, and technology teams to ensure the website remains visually stunning and functional. - Coordinate with external vendors or developers for site enhancements and merchandising tools as needed.
