Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role located in the Greater Ahmedabad Area, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. As the ECommerce Product Development and Sourcing Manager, you will identify new product opportunities, conduct market research, and develop sourcing strategies. You will collaborate with research and development teams to create innovative products and oversee the lifecycle of e-commerce products. Additionally, you will work closely with sales teams to align product offerings with market needs and trends.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate product performance and market trends
• Experience in conducting market research and extracting actionable insights
• Background in Research and Development (R&D) and Product Management, with knowledge of e-commerce processes
• Proficiency in sales strategies and understanding of consumer-driven markets
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with occasional travel to the Greater Ahmedabad Area
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Biotechnology, or a related field; relevant postgraduate qualifications are a plus
• Experience in food and cosmetics biotech or similar industries is highly desirable
