Healtherie Private Limited (registered in India) is a group company of Sainc Group operating ecommerce in India. We aim to develop a consumer-demand-driven revenue stream from our core product lines focused on food, health ingredients, and supplements. Our operation centers on health and happiness products—a broad but meaningful category. We remain committed to offering ethical products that bring genuine happiness to families.

Currently, our focus is on health supplements, perfumes, aromatic candles, and soaps. Health supplements have a direct health benefit. We are also developing gift lines for festivities and family events, notably for Rakhi, Navratri, Diwali, birthdays, weddings, and anniversaries.


Position: Marketing Manager


Role Overview:

We seek a creative and an experienced Marketing Manager, preferably with direct connections to the products people atd Amazaon and Flipkart, to analyze and optimize our current ecommerce marketing efforts, primarily through social media channels. Responsibilities include performance analytics, suggesting improvements aligned with business targets, and driving new product development within the health and happiness sectors. You will help design and build strong revenue streams and may manage their marketing under new brands to development within new marketplace setups.

Our initial market launch is live for UK sales via healtheria.co.uk, with festive gift lines planned to launch first in India, followed by expansion into the UK and USA.


Compensation

Attractive market-based fixed salary plus generous performance incentives.


Role Description:

This is a full-time role that supports partial remote working, based near Ahmedabad. Key responsibilities include conducting market research on ecommerce trends, managing product development strategies, analyzing sales data, and coordinating product launches. You will collaborate across teams to align product offerings with current market demands, integrating ecommerce practices with customer-centric approaches.


Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Sales data interpretation
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Product Management
  • Experience or understanding of Research and Development (R&D) processes
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Background in the food, cosmetics, or biotech industries is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Biotechnology, or related field
