ECommerce Order Processing Executive

We are hiring an Order Processing Executive cum Delivery Person for AyurShaastra, an Ayurvedic wellness brand. The role involves processing daily customer orders, packing products, coordinating deliveries, and handling local deliveries when required. This is a stable, long-term job with growth opportunity. Key Responsibilities: Process daily orders from WhatsApp, Website & Marketplaces Prepare invoices and update order status Pack products properly and coordinate with courier partners Do local deliveries in Surat when required Maintain delivery & order records Coordinate with office team for smooth dispatch Handle basic customer coordination (order status updates) Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 12th pass Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, smartphone, Excel (basic) Must have two-wheeler & valid license Honest, punctual & responsible Prior experience in order processing or delivery is a plus Working Hours - 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Benefits: Fixed salary + incentives On-time payments Friendly working environment Job security in growing brand
