Ecommerce Order Processing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage incoming orders through e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
• Verify order details (product codes, quantities, customer information, payment status) before confirmation
• Coordinate with the warehouse and inventory teams to ensure availability and dispatch of products
• Generate and manage invoices, order confirmations, and shipping labels
• Maintain accurate records of orders and returns.
• Work closely with the customer service team to manage escalations or delivery issues
• Prepare regular reports on order processing metrics (e.g., order volume, delay reports, returns rate)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Advance Excel knowledge
• Basic knowledge of inventory management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
