Ecommerce Operations Intern

Key Responsibilities:

● Support day-to-day ecommerce operations across multiple online marketplaces.

● Assist with product listing uploads, content updates, and promotional setup.

● Monitor order flows, track fulfillment, and help with basic issue resolution.

● Work on Excel-based inventory tracking and reconciliation.

● Taking care of inquiries, when additional support is needed during Mega campaigns.

● Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes.

● Support campaign execution and reporting during major sale events.

Qualifications:

● Currently pursuing graduation or a recent graduate in any field.

● Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

● Enthusiastic about learning and willing to adapt to new challenges and tasks.

● Effective multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.

● Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

● Team player with a collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
