We are currently seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to join our team in Gurgaon and drive our growth on leading marketplaces such as Ajio, Myntra, and Nykaa. As the Key Account Manager for Marketplaces, you will be responsible for leading and managing relationships with key marketplaces like Myntra, Nykaa, and others. With a required experience of 3-5 years in managing marketplace relationships, you will play a crucial role in identifying and seizing opportunities to increase revenue and market share. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning and executing advertising campaigns to boost visibility and sales, as well as analyzing competitors and market trends to maintain a competitive edge. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities (KRAs) include Marketplace Management, Revenue Growth, Advertising & Promotions, Competitive Benchmarking, Business Insights generation, Stakeholder Management, and Performance Tracking. You will collaborate with internal teams and marketplace contacts to ensure alignment, monitor and report on KPIs and sales performance metrics, and drive business decisions and strategy through insightful reports. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in managing marketplace accounts, particularly on platforms like Myntra and Nykaa. Strong domain knowledge of e-commerce and marketplace dynamics is essential. Additionally, skills required for this role include Relationship Management, Analytical Skills, Communication, Marketing Acumen, and Negotiation Skills. Personal attributes such as being Results-Oriented, Detail-Oriented, Proactive, and a Team Player are also highly valued.
