Job Description: As an Analyst in our e-commerce team at Wellversed, your role is crucial in driving business growth and enhancing operational efficiency. You will be responsible for analyzing e-commerce data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. Your insights and recommendations based on market research, competitive analysis, and consumer behavior will play a key role in optimizing our strategies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will implement process improvements to drive operational excellence and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze e-commerce data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth. - Provide insights and recommendations based on market research and consumer behavior analysis. - Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and create reports to track performance on various e-commerce channels. - Evaluate implemented solutions to measure their impact and identify areas for further improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive operational excellence. - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in e-commerce analysis. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proven ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets. - Timeline-oriented, with decision-making and problem-solving abilities. - Previous experience working on E-commerce platforms.
