Key Responsibilities:
● Manage and optimize product listings on different platforms, sellers and quick commerce to ensure maximum visibility and sales.
● Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and improve overall sales performance.
● Monitor marketplace metrics, such as sales performance, customer reviews, and seller ratings, and implement corrective actions as needed.
● Coordinate with the marketing team to run effective promotions and advertising campaigns.
● Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
● Handle escalations and work closely with customer support to resolve any issues promptly.
● Generate and present regular performance reports to senior management.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
● Basic knowledge in managing ecommerce marketplaces, preferably in the electronics sector.
● Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
● Great work ethics with hustling and an entrepreneurial mindset.
● Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
