Key Responsibilities
* Process and manage incoming orders from e-commerce platforms such as *Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart etc.
*Inventory & Dispatch Coordination:
* Liaise with the warehouse and inventory teams to confirm product availability.
* Coordinate timely dispatch of orders and ensure proper packaging and labelling.
* Generate and manage invoices, order confirmations, and shipping labels.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all orders, cancellations, returns, and replacements.
* Coordinate with logistics partners for pickup scheduling, tracking, and delivery updates.
* Update product listings, pricing, and stock availability across marketplaces when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Any Bachelor’s degree.
* 1–3 years of experience in order processing, operations, or e-commerce coordination.
* Strong MS Excel and data management skills.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
