Job Description: Altitude Organics India Pvt Ltd, a prominent Organic foods company with a 14-year legacy, is on the lookout for a dedicated and meticulous E-commerce Executive to fortify our online presence and boost sales. This full-time on-site role is based at our Shahpurjat, New Delhi office. As an E-commerce Executive at Altitude Organics India Pvt Ltd, your primary responsibilities will revolve around overseeing online sales and presence, analyzing data to enhance online strategies, and collaborating closely with the marketing and product development teams. Your duties will include managing the day-to-day operations of our eCommerce platforms, such as website management, product listings, and inventory control. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media) to elevate brand visibility and drive website traffic. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and assessing sales performance metrics to identify trends and growth opportunities, thus optimizing product offerings and pricing strategies. Improving the customer experience by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and incorporating feedback to enhance service quality will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with various teams like marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless strategies and the timely execution of campaigns.
