eComm & digital manager (SFCC, SFRA)

The position of eComm & digital manager (SFCC, SFRA) is currently available in Gurgaon. With 9 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in IT, you will have the following key deliverables: Create, Manage & enhance the applications landscape in the areas of eComm & digital function. Collaborate with the IT Leader to manage digital & eComm application instances and integrations in the India eComm landscape. Establish and maintain IT processes to manage site IT operations, resolve issues, and prioritize enhancement requests in alignment with our eComm strategic direction. Ensure that the systems under your responsibilities meet SLAs, are stable, and serve their purpose at minimal costs. Contribute to the eComm IT strategy by managing staff, researching and implementing technological solutions, and ensuring clear articulation of business requirements. Identify eComm & digital demands promptly and ensure comprehensive documentation of business requirements, including Change requests and discovery phase for new enhancements. Recommend and implement solutions & enhancements as necessary, providing training to relevant teams when required. Take accountability for project delivery of applications or technology within set timelines and budgets. Manage personnel and outside contractor(s) when necessary, providing leadership and coaching to your team as needed. Key Relationships: Internal business customers in eComm & digital. Global IT Vendor, market and global (HQ) colleagues, Local vendor partners. Internal staff - direct reports (if applicable). IT vendors, contractors (if applicable). Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Utilize interpersonal and organizational skills to work independently and collaboratively across multiple projects. Possess hands-on experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud with SFRA framework, process modeling, process management of eComm store operations, and other digital areas. Demonstrate business process analysis skills, ability to propose solutions, and knowledge of the application deployment life cycle. Strong technical project management, solution architecture skills, and ITIL trained. Experience in working with waterfall, iterative, and agile methodologies.
