Job Description

The Secondary Teacher is responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons in

Economics / Business Studies / Psychology

to students in Grades 9 12. The teacher will foster critical thinking, analytical ability, and conceptual understanding while ensuring alignment with the school s academic standards and curriculum framework (CBSE / IB / Cambridge as applicable).

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching Learning

Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons as per the prescribed curriculum and academic plan.

Design and implement creative learning experiences to enhance student engagement and understanding.

Integrate technology and real-world applications into classroom teaching.

Assess and evaluate student performance through classwork, projects, and examinations.

Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth.

Qualifications Experience:

Master s degree in

Economics / Business Studies / Psychology

(as applicable).

B. Ed. (mandatory for CBSE / preferred for other boards).

Minimum

2 5 years

of relevant teaching experience in secondary school.

Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.

Familiarity with digital learning tools and modern pedagogical practices.
