EBS HRMS Technical with OTL

You should have 8+ years of experience in EBS HRMS Techno Functional OTL, specifically in Oracle Apps HCM OTL with Oracle Timesheet in Mobile Apps. Your role will involve working independently with UK clients, understanding the current application HCL OTL Module Setups for Oracle EBS version 12.2.10 for HCM OTL modules and Timesheet, and providing support for OTL setup and related configurations. It will be your responsibility to analyze EBS HRMS interfaces, review user setup issues, and customize the layout by adding/modifying fields such as Start Time, Stop Time, and Comments. You should also be capable of adding/modifying rules or business logic in the OTL Mobile App, debugging issues, and providing solutions for HCL OTL Module modules. Additionally, you will need to gather requirements from stakeholders for new features/functionalities, coordinate with Oracle and Business for Oracle SRs, perform impact analysis, and provide detailed solution designs. Unit testing, integration testing, and support for UAT will also be part of your duties. Documenting requirements, use cases, and test scripts, as well as handing over to production support and assisting in identifying repetitive issues and proposing permanent solutions will be essential tasks in this role.
