EBS HRMS Technical Lead OTL

You will be responsible for Oracle Apps HCM OTL Techno-Functional with Oracle Timesheet in Mobile Apps. With over 8 years of experience in EBS HRMS Techno Functional OTL, including expertise in OTL Mobile APP, you will demonstrate strong communication skills and have the ability to work independently with UK clients. Your key responsibilities will include understanding the current application HCL OTL Module Setups for Oracle EBS version 12.2.10 for HCM OTL modules and Timesheet. You will be expected to provide support for OTL setup and related configurations, analyze EBS HRMS interfaces, and review user setup issues. Additionally, you will customize layouts by adding/modifying fields such as Start Time, Stop Time, Comments, and more. As part of your role, you will add/modify rules or business logic into the OTL Mobile App, debug issues, and offer solutions for HCL OTL Module modules. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for new features and functionalities and coordinate with Oracle and Business for Oracle SRs. Furthermore, you will perform impact analysis, detail solution design, conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT. You will also be responsible for documenting requirements, use cases, and test scripts. Additionally, you will provide support for production handover and assist in identifying repetitive issues for permanent fixes in production support.,
