EBS HRMS Technical Lead OTL

Role Overview: You will be responsible for Oracle Apps HCM OTL Techno-Functional with Oracle Timesheet in Mobile Apps. With 8+ years of experience in EBS HRMS Techno Functional OTL, including experience in OTL Mobile App, you will play a crucial role in supporting OTL setup and related configurations. Your strong communication skills will allow you to work independently with UK clients, analyze EBS HRMS interfaces, review user setup issues, customize layouts, and add/modify rules or business logic in the OTL Mobile App. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders, coordinate with Oracle for SRs, perform impact analysis, detail solution design, conduct testing, and provide support during UAT and production support. Key Responsibilities: - Understand current application HCL OTL Module Setups for Oracle EBS version 12.2.10 for HCM OTL modules and Timesheet - Support OTL setup and related configurations - Analyze the EBS HRMS interfaces - Review user setup issues - Customize the layout by adding/modifying fields (e.g., Start Time, Stop Time, Comments, etc.) - Add/modify rules or business logic in the OTL Mobile App - Debug issues and provide solutions for HCL OTL Module modules - Take requirements from stakeholders for new features/functionalities - Coordinate with Oracle and Business for Oracle SRs - Perform impact analysis and detail solution design - Conduct unit testing & integration testing - Support UAT and production support - Prepare documentation for requirement gatherings, use cases, and test scripts - Assist in identifying repetitive issues in production support and propose permanent fixes Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in EBS HRMS Techno Functional OTL - Experience in OTL Mobile App - Good communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work with UK clients independently - Knowledge of Oracle EBS version 12.2.10 for HCM OTL modules and Timesheet - Ability to customize layouts and add/modify rules in OTL Mobile App - Experience in coordinating with Oracle for SRs and stakeholders (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
