Early Years Room Leader

As the Early Years Room Leader at York Campus Nursery, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of a room within the nursery. Your responsibilities will include caring for children, maintaining a high-quality and stimulating learning environment, supervising staff, and sharing your knowledge and skills with others. You will be a creative and reflective leader, implementing new ideas and utilizing various strategies to enhance practices and support the management team effectively. To excel in this role, you should have prior experience in supervising and motivating teams, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and hold a publicly recognized level 3 qualification in childcare. The position entails working 27.5 hours per week, from 12:30 pm to 6 pm Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary of 14.82 per hour.
