Job Description

Qualifications & Experience

Degree in Early Childhood Education (NTT, Montessori, ECE, CIDTT trained) preferred; any graduation considered.
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in early years.
Passionate about working with young children and fostering their overall development.

Key Responsibilities

Classroom Management

Execute daily lesson plans and ensure smooth classroom operations.
Engage children in age-appropriate activities, feeding, and nap routines.
Maintain order and instill good manners and values among children.

Team Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with teachers and centre staff.
Be punctual and reliable, providing notice for absences.
Maintain a positive attitude and approach feedback constructively.

Administrative & Tech Responsibilities

Maintain records and reports as required.
Use MS Office (Word, Excel) and internet tools for classroom documentation.

Professional Conduct

Communicate directly and professionally with colleagues.
Avoid gossip and uphold the organization's values.
