Job Title: Early Years Facilitator Summary: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Facilitator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the teaching department, specifically working with young children. The Early Years Facilitator will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. Roles and Responsibilities: - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children - Create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all children - Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support the individual needs of each child - Monitor and assess the progress of each child and provide feedback to parents and caregivers - Maintain accurate records of each childs development and progress - Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills - Adhere to all policies and procedures set forth by the organization Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or related field - Minimum of 1 year of experience working with young children in a teaching capacity - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and caregivers - Knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education If you are a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for working with young children, we encourage you to apply for the Early Years Facilitator position.
