Job Description

Job Title: Early Years Facilitator

Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Early Years Facilitator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the teaching department, specifically working with young children in the early years. The Early Years Facilitator will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports the development and growth of children in their early years.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of young children.

- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and curiosity.

- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support the holistic development of each child.

- Monitor and assess the progress of each child, and provide feedback to parents and colleagues as needed.

- Maintain accurate records of each childs development and milestones.

- Stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education and incorporate them into daily activities.

- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

- 1-2 years of experience working in a teaching role, preferably with young children in the early years.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred.
