Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Early Years Facilitator to join our team at Klay - Founding Years Learning Solution, with 2-5 years of experience in the education industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for young learners.
Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters social, emotional, and academic growth.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to design and deliver comprehensive learning programs.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Build strong relationships with students, parents, and community members.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in early childhood education or a related field.
Strong understanding of child development principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
Familiarity with curriculum design and implementation.
Passion for creating engaging and interactive learning experiences.
