Job Description

Manage classroom operations and ensure daily execution of lesson plans.
Engage young children in age-appropriate activities, supervise meals, and assist with naptime routines.
Support children's social and emotional development by maintaining order, teaching good manners, and instilling values.
Monitor children's progress and well-being throughout the day.
Coordinate with fellow teachers and centre staff to ensure smooth classroom functioning.

Individual Responsibilities

Be a reliable team player and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Arrive on time and inform the Centre in case of delays or absences.
Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
Approach feedback constructively and use it as an opportunity to improve.
Communicate directly and transparently while avoiding gossip.

Qualification and Experience

Degree in Early Childhood Education (NTT, Montessori, ECE, CIDTT trained) preferred; any graduation considered.
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience.
Work timings: 9 AM 6 PM or 10 AM 7 PM.

Additional Skills

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Internet usage.
Being a young mother is considered an added advantage.
