Roles and Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans tailored to the developmental needs of senior toddler students.
Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and independence.
Support students social, emotional, and cognitive development through structured and play-based learning experiences.
Observe, assess, and document student progress, providing constructive feedback to support individual learning outcomes.
Build and maintain positive relationships with parents through regular communication and collaboration.
Work closely with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive educational approach.
Participate in professional development programs to stay updated with current trends and best practices in early childhood education.
