As India's inaugural standalone international preschool endorsed by the International Baccalaureate Organization, we offer a distinctive curriculum blending Montessori and IB-PYP methodologies. Your role as a full-time Early Years Facilitator at Kai Early Years in Bengaluru involves executing the specialized curriculum, promoting inquiry-based learning, conducting play-based activities for children, and establishing a stimulating educational setting. Collaboration with educators, specialists, and parents is key to aiding the comprehensive growth of our young learners. To excel in this role, you should possess experience in early childhood education or a related field, along with a solid grasp of inquiry-based and play-based learning techniques.
