We provide a transparent and reliable service in locations including Indore and Bhopal. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Early Teammate at Bhaiya Flat, based in Indore with some work-from-home flexibility. The Early Teammate will be responsible for tasks such as managing verified listings, assisting tenants and landlords, implementing customer service strategies, conducting market research, and contributing to marketing efforts. Additional responsibilities may include collaborating with team members to enhance our service offerings and supporting various administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Experience in customer service and client relations Skills in market research and data analysis Proficiency in marketing and advertising strategies, both digital and traditional Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and within a team Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field Show more Show less
