Job Description

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Managing Director. This includes managing and maintaining the MD's calendar, scheduling appointments, and organizing travel arrangements. Additionally, you will be required to prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the MD. Handling incoming calls, emails, and messages to ensure effective communication is a key aspect of this role. It is essential to maintain and organize important files, records, and documents to support the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be proficient in using tools such as Excel and Outlook. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required for this position. The role requires a candidate who is a graduate and can work full-time at the location in Higna Midc, Nagpur. This is a full-time position that requires the incumbent to be physically present at the workplace.,
