Job Description

As a member of the UNIFY Sustainability Team at Schneider Electric, you will be responsible for leading the End-to-End (E2E) Sustainability Data. Your main responsibilities will include: - Mastering Sustainability Business data (E2E) - Understanding the UNIFY Global Data Model - Familiarizing yourself with the UNIFY Analytics strategy - Gathering analytics requirements for Sustainability - Identifying any data gaps during F2S activities for Sustainability scope - Collaborating with Sustainability stakeholders across the company, supported by Sustainability PM - Working with UNIFY domains and business models teams to integrate sustainability requirements and push these requirements to template teams - Identifying change management and business transformation areas for sustainability in the data field - Helping create a data-driven culture - Acting as an advocate for trusted data Required Skills: - Experience in data management - Project management experience is a plus - Understanding of E2E processes - Excellent communication skills - Experience in Sustainability Business - Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking - Experience with data analysis, data governance, data quality, business data modeling, and/or reporting - Experience working with master data management and/or data quality tools (valuable) In addition to the above responsibilities and required skills, a successful candidate for this role should possess a Bachelors Degree in business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field of study and have 5+ years of experience in data, front office, or back office environment.
