Job Description

As an E2E Planner at Capgemini, you will play a crucial role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to drive informed business decisions. Your responsibilities will include working closely with the client and cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and insights that contribute to the company's growth. Specifically, you will: - Review and discuss recommendations from L2 E2E specialist, Material specialist, SU, procurement, and WH&T for changes within operational boundaries - Participate in MTCP/LTCP meetings to support SC plans along with the L2 E2E specialist - Bring recommendations to a monthly meeting with the Demand Fulfillment Manager for changes beyond operational boundaries - Share residual projections with Finance and discuss L2 KPIs on a monthly basis with the Demand Fulfillment Manager and Plan Director To excel in this role, you should have: - 9 to 12 years of experience in Demand Planning and Supply Planning - Experience as a team lead - Strong problem-solving skills - Analytical capabilities - Knowledge of Distribution Plan from Sourcing Units to Distribution Centers At Capgemini, you will enjoy comprehensive wellness benefits, including health checks, telemedicine, insurance with top-ups, elder care, partner coverage, and support for new parents through flexible work arrangements.
